Segita Hunter Character Profile

As the archer class of Dekaron SEA, the Segita Hunter can take out enemies from a distance with rapid fire arrows or bolts and deal with anything that is lucky enough to get in close with a dagger. Their ranged attacks are so powerful that it can knock back even the largest of foes, making them ideal for solo adventures. Despite this, they are also very good additions to any party. Their skills are rarely matched by either man or beast.

The Segita is as old as the Azure Order for their disciplines were the first to be practiced by the people of Haran. Even up to this day, the Segita are feared for their archery and their eerily calm demeanor during battle.

The Segita are caretakers and worshippers of nature in all its glory, whatever form it may be. Their cause is for the protection of Life, which is the essence of all living things in Haran. It is from this life force that they draw the energies for their magic and combat abilities.

Deadly in combat at any scenario, Segita Hunters swear no other allegiance other that to Life itself and to those who honor its existence. As the biggest opponents of the Abaddon and the Pitborn, who stand against everything that the Segita stand for, they are trained to kill them without asking questions.

Weapons

In Dekaron SEA, Segita Hunters are the ranged combat specialists whose penchant for keeping things at a comfortable distance makes them respected by allies and feared by foes. With this, they use either a bow or a crossbow as a specialty. Bows are quick, while crossbows are more penetrative. Each has its own advantages and either is picked to suit one's preferences and abilities. However, the Hunter must always have a dagger at hand just in case of unfriendly influences get within a few feet from them, although this is definitely a last resort weapon.

Stats and Builds

They value their speed, agility, and accuracy more than any other combat ability. With that in mind, it is all about dexterity with ample health for survival and other stats in appropriate amounts for equipment and skills. Since it is all about shooting from a distance, dexterity is required in big numbers.

Anyone who disturbs the balance of nature shall be struck down by a Segita arrow through their skulls with righteous vengeance and furious anger.
